PoE wilzek builds

Hello builders, I've made (carbon copied) a zhp zdps tota cheese build and it's going fine but there's some road ahead of me to rank 2000 and I decided it would be nice to make it more comfy and I'd be glad to hear your ideas. Here's my POB: Here are my ideas / questions / concerns: 1. in POB I have 95% evade chance, but in game character stats sheet says I have 90%, I should assume POB is correct, I hit cap and there's no reason to increase evasion? 2. I have 69% spell block chance so I guess there's still 6% to get, how could
