PoE williriis2 builds

Hi guys, Using a buttload of strength, iron will and some sneaky instant leech tech to maintain everlasting sacrifice ive landed on the current setup.Ive been working on upgrading this build for a couple of weeks and think I need some ideas from my fellow exiles. Damage wise i'm doing great, it can do feared rotations and all Ubers are instantly phased. As for defenses im lacking a little, using mahuxotls my (non-leech) regen is non-exsisting for the most part and when using blood rage i lose 200-ish hp a second when im not hitting anything.
