PoE Necromancer, Hex builds with custom stat filters

Hey folks, I've finally finished my video on my top 5 minion league starters for 3.22. The builds use inexpensive gear for the league start versions and should be decent at doing both ToTa and Sanctum. Some of them can be scaled well into the late game so it's worth checking out if that's something on your mind. Enjoy!
