PoE Pathfinder, Toxic Rain, SSF builds

I'm thinking about doing Toxic Rain, but I can see myself getting frustrated by the damage delay, so I was looking into Caustic Arrow as an alternative. Last league everyone was playing the transfigured version with the poison tincture, but since the tincture is gone it seems to be more complicated to play. Ive seen ben play the regular version ( but it's ben and I'm not sure if I can achieve this aswell. Anyone got experience with caustic arrow and how good it will be in 3.24?

FAQ < How much area of effect do we want? You want EXACTLY 39% area of effect, since Pathfinder already gives 30% area of effect, this effectively means you have to get 9% aoe somewhere. I want a 3.20 build! This PoB was made before PoB was updated to 3.20, nothing really changes for this build tree-wise, it does gain a bit of damage from the despair
