Pretty budget as well, crafted everything for \~ 15 to 20 Div Budget Breakdown: Replica Wings of Entropy \~ 25-50c depending on the roll, only need it 5linked Helmet - 20c for the fractured accuracy base, spam Deafening Essence of Envy until you hit desired Mods Chest - Buy fractured Spell Suppress Full Dragonscale (1Div), Spam Dense / Jagged Fossil until you hit 1 open suffix + phys dr + tier 1/2 armour+evasion, annul off any undesired
