PoE 3.16 Scourge, 3.18 Sentinel Duelist, Gladiator builds

After seeing this item rework I had to try to make an absolute unit bossing character that anyone could succeed with on a budget, this is what I have so far. Please - critique! Let's make a monster. I'm planning on rolling a Corrupting Fever Glad because those sweet sweet bleed explosions are perfect for what I want to do. The challenge is in how to level it. If you feel like taking my word for it and don't care about the details there's a TLDR towards the end. I've been playing around with a few leveling options and slams feel the best by a fairly wide margin and will only be better in 3.16 with the tree changes. Howdy folks. I've been tooling around with Energy Blade, spectral helix, crit, and gladiator, I cobbled together something moderately ok. As PoB'd it shouldn't be too outrageously expensive to build on leaguestart. It will also use the new Tempest Shield for +25% spellblock so I left some unreserved mana for it. Just wanted to throw this PoB out there, since I really like the Thread of Hope location I discovered. 4.5m Single Target DPS 8 Second Bleed Lots of Mitigation using Armour, Block and Spell Suppression PoB:

The equipment is very starter-ish. No uniques, nothing required, just get some rare upgrades and go. Without dot-multis on gear it's still over 1mil dps with almost no gear. I've done this in like 30 minutes, but I think it could get better. Damage is insane (especially with ensnaring arrow on bosses [check "not moving" in config tab]). I'm sure it can be even taken to HC, if you can find some modifications to the skill tree. Probably max. resistances, Glorious Vanity. PoB here:
