PoE Archmage, Witch builds

I usually don't follow through with POB to an entire build, just slap it in and see if it works and go play once I'm confident with it. This one, however, I built all the way to 85 in POB because I was couldn't really decide how 9 golem, voltaxic archmage max shock, big boom chaos burn fireballs would work. Here is a rough POB setup for frost bomb. A lot is missing and could be improved, but all things considered I don't think it is that bad... Gotta set up its defenses though if I want to use it. I am looking for general thoughts on it. I know it is missing a lot, I'm relatively new to making POBs so I still don't know where to add everything or how to make reasonable rares.

Could use Despair or Elemental Weakness. Despair will add a bit of extra chaos damage to the hit and might work better against bosses. Need to figure out how I will get multiple curses out. Witchfire Brew, Bane, Vixen's Entrapment are all options. Probably going with Witchfire Brew though. Could use Flame Wall as an additional damage skill. Support with high Spell Damage Multipliers. So discharge will receive a large damage buff, but will be on a cooldown. I'm thinking about ways to make self-casting Discharge work, and i've come up with some archetypes, although none of them feel 100% satisfying. First i thought of an Archmage build to make use of the fact that Discharge now is on a cooldown anyways, so handling the mana cost would be a lot easier. Hey guys, I'm looking for your opinions/advice on my seals-mana-BV Occultist The main thing I'm trying to achieve with it is smooth BV gameplay (that's why I'm using seals) with high surviveability (potential MOM, but not sure about it) and solid DPS. I chose Occ over Inqis because of good clearspeed and smooth ES regen, also Inquis is boring :) P.s. This is a template build, empty slots will be occupied by rare items.
