PoE Champion, Impale, Lightning builds without Fortify

I currently have a level 87 champion based on wand (power siphon) with impale, also i'm running low life. The boss dps with power siphon is decent, about 2 millions DPS. While mobs dips with kinetic blast not so much. The other problem i have is that i die prettly easly, i'm currently running T12-13-14 maps. I already have some decent stuffs as: Crit armor 400DPS wand Impossible escape Watcher's eye but it doesn't seem enought. Also, I can't really find any similar build to copy Do you have any tip to imporve this build? my budget is about 10 divines Pastebin Link : [
