I try to make at least one ignite build each league, and this has been one of my favourites so far. This started out based on a post about a month ago from someone trying to get the best out of replica CIP by using cold to fire conversion and I tried to do the same for ignite and glacial cascade caught my eye. The build ended up moving away from CIP as I was able to pick up the staff in the POB for 100 chaos, and it is an amazing staff for the build. Temple cold mod, with +3 cold spells, 53% burning damage, and an empty suffix
