PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.21 Crucible League Starter, SSF, Slam builds

Hello Everyone, I do not normally create my own builds and only tend to follow build guides. However, this last league proved that I can be in a situation where I don't enjoy any of the build guides being created (i.e. they are focused on what I consider to be a boring meta strategy - MF on Abyss - or they are just not interesting skills to me). As such, I started playing around with Path of Building (duh!) and put together a few General's Cry builds - Gladiator, Chieftain, Juggernaut. The one that I am presenting here is the Chieftain build. The idea behind this build is to be a league s
