PoE Templar Ascendancy, Channelling builds without Crystallised Omniscience

pob: Wanted to post my very long term project that is finally at a point that I think is worth showcasing. My goal has been to make a SSF char that is cozy to play in whatever content. Explody chest and 250%+ movement speed ensures a ~smooth mapping experience. CI+Aegis+Melding+triple resist flask combo makes me immortal enough to facetank almost anything. A bit over 80m dps more or less instakills every boss out there. The only things I dislike are the very small delay in Storm Burst while clearing maps and the amount of setup required to reach max dps. Divine

Realistically this is 10x tankier than all those "20k EHP INQUISTOR GOD TIER" builds for 2 mirrors! i still see them getting 1 shot through 20k ehp because they don't have enough mitigation. they just have a large pool. SO HERE's my idea. and it works. This is super budget and can be even more budget with most gear if you sacrifice more damage. average is 500k Blight DPS. can go up to a million+ can go down to 250-200k easy to have even more life and mana. And that's fine since all we need to do is stand still and use blight. (this is a afk and right click boss killer not a mapper)

Edit: Sorry for no description. My daughter (who's 5 months) started crying and I ran from my desk without finishing. Basically the build utilizes mind of the council and you max out Mana. Scion appears to be best option, but you could probably swing it with the right pathfinder tree. Couple the maximum Mana with agnostic and you get some insane life regen.
