I was toying around with Guardian builds, modifying a template Glacial Hammer build and thought about trying elemental boneshatter. Elemental boneshatter is likely viable now thanks to the new Concussive Force node that makes Hits Stun as though dealing 50% more Melee Fire Damage, more than offsetting the elemental penalty. With guardian, triple elemental relics add significant buffs to damage (added as level 27 auras here, because I couldn't get PoB to simulate the node). Guardian finally gives some block and some Time of Need Regen. The build is here: Utula'
