Hello PoB-heroes. I saw the new flicker strike of power gem and wanted to see if i could make a build around it. Thought i´d go as an assassin for the power charge stacking and see what damage i could land on. I feel i did pretty good as a first try, but i´d like to hear your thoughts and feedback on it. Note, i know my resistances are pretty shit but that´s something i intend to fix through either jewels or cluster mods.
