PoE Vaal Summon Skeletons, Movement builds

So because of multiple games that game out in this time, I didnt get to play this league much. Since 3.18 isnt making many changes I was thinking of trying out my build again but was wondering if maybe there was any advice people could give. This was a build of my own design so I know its not great, but any tips would be appreciated. I super lack in defenses and my gem links are just stuff I threw together.
