Hello PoB-heroes. I saw the new flicker strike of power gem and wanted to see if i could make a build around it. Thought i´d go as an assassin for the power charge stacking and see what damage i could land on. I feel i did pretty good as a first try, but i´d like to hear your thoughts and feedback on it. Power charge gain: 5% on hit from mark quality 50% to gain on crit from flicker of power q20 10% from ascendancy 65% to gain, hits per attack = 88% chance to get a power charge. If sustain is bad, use power charge on crit to get 100. Early on prolly start with normal flicker. Transition to crit later.
