Hello non-meta build enthusiast! I present to you probably one of the favourite builds I've made to date, mainly because this one actually works and feels good to play! It uses the new overloaded tincture to get 7000%+ increased attack damage and some healthy strength scaling to get all the flat damage I need. Hi everyone, This is the first time I am investing this much in a character and yet I can't run T16 full juiced maps. (100+quant abyss scarabs, 3k+ whisp,etc.) I don't know what to do. I know the best strength stackers aren't occultist but I feel like with that level of gear I should expect to be able to run maps. Any suggestions would be so appreciated! Thanks! POB: 9k hp, 100% suppress, 33k armor with flasks up 18k without them, full block (attacks), leech, life gain on hit (15% chance for 200 heal, we hit about 100 times single target so it's \~3k lgoh/sec, not counting the leech). Great clear with Kinetic Blast which is arguably the best clear skill in the game or Kinetic Bolt which gets the job done, and single target with the 6l Kinetic Bolt of Fragmentation + Sniper's Mark shenanigans. Yeah my gear is expensive (90% self crafted) but you can start kinda cheap with Astramentis + 2 le heup of all. Only
