I'm decently experienced with creating builds in PoB and I'm bored waiting for the league so here we go. Just write a few keywords for the build like: Eye of winter, deadeye, selfcast, freeze immune. No guarentees that it will be the best way to build it, but I will give it a shot. Everyone else is ofc welcome to provide their own PoB or give input.
