PoE Movement builds similar to PoE 3.26 Divine Ire Totems League starter THE DIVINER!, more power, taunt to win! Written PoB Inside

Here is my final version of Cold Shockwave Totem! ~5k EHP, not super tanky, but with safe totem playtyle + MoM + the totem mastery that makes them take 5% of the damage, it should be good enough! Damage wise: 4.4M sDPS at lvl 95! the max i could get on an achievable gear! (of course it'll be way more with the new Scourge mods on items :D) Mendatory Uniques: - Astral Projector Ring - from Metamorph - Skin of the Lords with Supreme Ego! - from Breach - Crown of the Inward - from Awakener PoB: I'm still not a fan of the tree, but i can't figure out of a better

The more I think about it the more it makes sense to me that the charges should be present when they matter, but we won't know for sure until we can actually try it with the new boots. PoB: Character is lvl 81 so there is room for more. I also forgot to activate Righteous Fire on the video, so I was missing 40% more damage. Mapping is okay, not the kind of walking simulator you'd get with a RF Inquisitor, but it can do it. Core concept is not new, Indigon + Arcane cloak. The PoB is really far from min/max and the gear was around 7ex total.

383k x 9 = 3,447 kk per combo rune blast cost = 282 mana/s cost of 9 improved runes to +3 = 135 ~2 combos per second = 6,89 kk you wouldn't be able to get this combo perfectly, so i assume ~5-6kk dps is more realistic. potential upgrades/switches Forbidden Flame/Flesh combo that gives Arcane Blessing Watcher's Eye with Spell suppresion and inc damage to enemies on consecrated ground

Buckle up, because this turned out long. TL;DR: I think there's a lot of potential here that people aren't exploring because the skill feels clunky at first. Since the start of this league, it's been my stubborn obsession to make Stormbind work well. I think I've done it (keyword think -- I don't play a ton). Here's a rough POB based off my own character but with some of the supports and gem levels idealized, though I haven't worked on itemization. I'm sure there is plenty of optimization to be done both there and on my passives. So far I've done up to T10

!Not a serious build! Just experimenting with Poet's Pen and Frostblink of Wintery Blast. This "build" was the first idea that came to mind when the skillgem info was released.Since Frostblink of Wintery blast has no cooldown, and no charges (but a hefty cast time with no "instant" use), it is really beneficial to trigger it. Whether it's traps (I saw Waggle experimenting with that) or Asenath's Chant, or simply Poet's Pen. While Asenath's Chant and Poet's Pen add a cooldown, we can reduce it in a few ways: 1. Haste watcher's eye - 40% 2. Boots - \~30% 3. Badge of the Brotherhood - from 70
