PoE Gladiator builds without Headhunter, Mageblood

Hello, Actually, I theorycraft build with Mjolner Static strike full block gladiator. Problems : I'm at 153/123 in my tree. I need to remove in first step 40 points which is lvl90 tree. And after that maybe need thinking about lvl95 tree. Could you give your opinion and help me to finished this : Thanks.

I started PoE in the middle of Legacy. I followed guides for a pizza stix build and a firestorm elementalist and had a blast. For Harbinger, I followed a SRS guide and fell into the BaronSRS trap, but eventually scraped enough currency together for that overpriced helm. This char is now 92 and doing quite well.
