SST is largely regarded to be a bad build; I set out to test this hypothesis. While the build is very good at map clear, boss killing is quite painful because the single-target DPS is very low. I believe either the base attack speed (1.2) needs to be increased, or its interaction with bleed needs to be buffed for this skill to be anything other than novelty.
