Build Overview: Testing the true limit of Jiquani's Potential in 3.27. With \~2000 Intelligence, this weapon provides nearly 10,000 maximum flat lightning damage. The main advantage over Energy Blade is the ability to run a Low-Life (LL) setup for Pain Attunement (30% More Damage) and Righteous Fire, which provides a much higher damage ceiling.
