PoE Lightning Conduit, Herald builds without Lightning Conduit of the Heavens

Hey all, Making a habit of sharing all my builds on here. This one is very budget-friendly, clears fast, and is essentially a right-mouse-click-only setup if that entices you. I think it has very high single target potential with a Squire shield but I'm too broke to afford one right now.
