The reworked Ralakesh's Impatience boots make your minimum charges equal to your maximum charges when standing still. With ethereal knives being buffed by a lot, i thought it would be interesting to create a build for it. I have never played shadow before so i don't really know which nodes are the best to take and such, i would love to hear peoples thoughts about this build or similar ideas. the build focuses on physical damage and added chaos damage. pob:
