PoB: Basic functionality: 6-link Orb of Storms (just trying out item rarity at the moment), LC in Crest of Desire, Doryani's to bring the lightning res down. Highlights: capped spell suppression, capped chaos res, 7,7M DPS agains non-uber enemies. Problems: armor is way too low, and I have no way of mitigating certain lightning damage one-shots (auras, degens).
