PoE Mageblood builds with custom stat filters

I did miss Spark quite a bit, and this league with all the buffs and Ashes, I decided to hop on the bandwagon of Spark Inquisitor, and make it extra thicc and tanky, while keeping high DPS. My other build got too intensive so I wanted to make a fun 1 button build. Also I decided to make as most out of Mageblood as I could (this is most definitely a Mageblood reliant build, I think you give up too much damage otherwise), so I looked across all the flask mods including crafted ones and came across the reduced reflected damage flask mod.
