PoE Kaom's Heart, Rathpith Globe, Totem builds without Relic of the Pact

Let me start off by saying this build is NOT for everyone. This is a flamewood totem build that has a very specific playstyle which requires your totems to be hit. This can be VERY bad at times and VERY good at times.
