PoE 3.23 Affliction Orb builds with custom stat filters

Feel like I hit a brick wall with this build, I got it to be pretty tanky and I can even survive t16 whisped maps and tank through some crazy mobs, but my DPS feels lacking. POB Linked below, looking for suggestions on how to take it farther from here. Have about 30-40 Div liquiid for upgrades, but I feel like itll take more than that to pump the damage up. I started the league off with Aer0 cobra lash build and I'm barely in to maps but it is feeling just really awful. Mapping is just really painful. Cannot even attempt Affliction stuff because especially my single-target is abysmal.
