And I tested it. Works surpirisingly well, tested in standard, can do all content. Deletes bosses despite my PoB showing only 5m DPS, test setup had around \~3m, map clear is very nice. So I'll be redoing my CD build due to the new changes and I'm eager to try it out on Friday! Not 100% sure on my tree or generally how the build looks but I'm sure it's as good as I personally can get it. Pastebin, no flasks/charges/buffs activated

Idea is Ele Blade Flurry with new Tempest's Binding helm for free 6 link. Just not sure what I could do to improve the build. I'm not very experienced with BF builds in general. I really don't want to do crit. Goal is just something to farm t15s / t15 Beachhead maps. I want to be able to kill Overgrown Ruin bosses. Guardians are what ever. Doubt I'll bother with Shaper this league.
