PoE Nova builds similar to Path of Exile, necromancer specter build 3.25

Hi, so I've been tinkering in PoB and figured out I will make use of new Shock Nova and Sanctuary of Thought having 25% MRE (since 15% MRE mastery was gutted), here's PoB: Perks of the build: ~5.5k life 84%/78% block with Glancing blows (overcap is useful for less block chance maps) Aegis Aurora with a good amount of ES ~30k armour before flasks Auras: Determination, Wrath, Tempest Shield, Vitality, Precision and Zealotry on Divine blessing (50% less mana cost of skills from Sanctuary of Thoughts, Tireless cluster and alternate qualities on I

I am planning my new league starter for 3.18. This is the current "best" one I could come up with, that shouldnt be too expensive to get close to.

Hi there! Taking profit of the new crucible tree I’ve decided to squeeze a well rounded discharge build taking both damage and defenses to the maximum reaching 14 power, frenzy and endurance charges. I don’t use the ralakesh glitch boots, I generate endurance and frenzy charges with aspect of the cat and power with storm brand. The uptime is almost permanent.
