Looking for input on the following build. I filled in a passive tree and added the mandatory items I know of. I'm going for a Low Life Occultist that uses cyclone+CoC+cold dot. From how I picture this... 1) cyclone crits and causes cold snap to proc. cold snap generates frenzy charges. (inner conviction on passive converts frenzy to power charges which boost all spell dmg). 2) I hand cast vortex which is the primary damaging spell in addition to cyclone. 3) Cospri's Malice auto casts ice spear, frost bomb and vaal ice nova. 4) I've taken 2 curses - frostbite and elemental weakness whic
