I'm using the term 'budget' as I'm using cheap alternatives to otherwise perfectly optimized character. No forbidden flesh/ashes/mageblood ect. In fact in seems that the most expensive parts of the build are the alternative gems (divergent inspiration) and two transcendent spirit jewels. I haven't played an accuracy stacker before and the new juggernaut changes had me tinkering around in PoB. The build sports: 60k armour + molten shell 9m DPS (no vaal warchief or shock) High elusive effect 650 life regen + leech Warp speed whirling blades (gotta go fast) The downsides: Needs
