-------------------------------------------------------- FOREWORD AND NOTES: This is a tweaked build from u/Spandauer2129 because I got bored and wanted to see if it was league start viable. Barring Patch Notes nerfing everything to the ground, I think this is a decent starter. This build was made on 7/17 BEFORE Patch notes. If this is popular enough, I will make better versions and see how far I can push it. I plan on making adjustments to the build once patch notes hit and we get the 3.15 passive tree. -------------------------------------------------------- FOREWORD AND NOTES: This build has been adjusted for the great nerfening of builds from the 3.15 patch notes. The bad news is that this build lost a lot of damage, but the good news is that we get multistrike with Shield Charge and it should make this skill good enough. I am currently assuming that Shield Crush will have the same bonus damages apply as Shield Charge, in which it got changed to 4 to 6 from 3 to 4. It is also possible that Shield Crush will have the same bonus damages as Spectral Shield Throw, in which that got changed
