PoE Spectral Shield Throw, Spell builds

Hi all, I wanted to give the 3.15 CoC builds a try and figured I'd make a hipster/meme build. SST is currently extremely easy to get a VERY high crit chance using an ES shield with seething fury. Similarly, Ice Spear doesn't require a particularly large investment into crit for nearly maximum crit. Build is not fully optimized. SST can crit a LOT of times with a single throw due to SST chaining. Lioneye's armor is used for the 7th socket for more damage. Deadeye for more chaining/projectiles/mark effectiveness. I'm theorycrafting a Spectral Shield Throw Cast on Crit Ethereal Knives Deadeye. The last post on this topic seems to be around a year ago, and seemed to conclude that it's not worth it to use CoC with SST. I'm trying a different track where I want to use the massive number of projectiles to spread my poisons far faster. I also plan to blade blast (with more poison) . I'd love ideas about to make substantive improvements on the build.
