PoE Energy Blade, Trap and Mine Damage, Trap builds

I readapted an EB stacker for this build. Essentially, use an EB Inquisitor str/int stacker core for capped crit, high flat and potent damage. Do you think this is a solid idea, in principle? Thanks!
