POB \- Lvl 94 CwCwDripAF on ninja Chieftain is currently tied for last with Glad at 0.6%. This is unacceptable. Bear with me, this build started as a meme but is now shredding t16 content so I'll try to explain what's going on Here is my StunCaster league start Chieftain. He started as Vaal Firestorm, but after snagging a good bloodnotch before they became inaccessible, I moved to pure VD/Flame Surge stuncasting. POB above is for my current form of build. Stormshroud jewel was a recent QoL addition but in no way needed. Prior t
