PoE Atziri's Disfavour, Cyclone builds

Feel like I've hit a bit of wall. I'd like to try and get the challenges finished this league. I've been using this guide: Am I just at the point where I need bigger investments to scale the build up?

The POB- Im lvl 91 in game atm, this PoB has lvl 95 which is my goal for this weekend I have been playing PoE for about 2 years casually. Ancestor league was kind to me and I got enough currency from Trials that I was able to fool around with building and crafting for the first time. The idea I had was two parted. 1. Abuse the +3 global defense tattoo's by stretching from the Ranger starting point on the passive tree to make a Cyclone build knowing I can sacrifice the +dex small attribute nodes. 2. Hey, just wanted to make a quick post about how well vengeance scales with strike range, since it isn't clearly stated ingame/wiki/anywhere really, visual might help someone since I went into it basically blind hoping vengeance gets as big as I'd hope I don't feel like doing precise science but here are comparison photos between my elementalist (bow build) and slayer (has a lot of +strike range) both wearing Atziri's Disfavour(+10 strike range) and pulverise socketed: The slayer has 25 more strike range than elementalist, whereas the elementalist has a bit mor
