PoE Hierophant, Mind Over Matter builds

POB: Looking into playing dark pact totem as a starter that can scale into end game. With trash gear, lv17 gems, and a 5 link this should do 500K dps. Which can scale to 5.5m dps with investment. Defense is MoM, HP, ES, and the totem play style. Debating between swapping out zealotry for vaal discipline if I feel squishy. Anyone have experience with DP totems? Main thing is I am sure the build will feel very clunky until getting astral projector. Hopefully not unplayble clunky.

Shit net, want to play but having issues right now. So I wanted to finally take the time to mess around with the idea of using the Unyielding Flame shield. Since my latency is high and unstable, I wanted to go the route of being CWDT with various other fire skills. This is not with top tier gear, mostly just rares with a little life and mana. Buckle up, because this turned out long. TL;DR: I think there's a lot of potential here that people aren't exploring because the skill feels clunky at first. Since the start of this league, it's been my stubborn obsession to make Stormbind work well. I think I've done it (keyword think -- I don't play a ton). Here's a rough POB based off my own character but with some of the supports and gem levels idealized, though I haven't worked on itemization.
