PoE Ethereal Knives, Ethereal Knives of the Massacre builds without Mageblood

Just wanted to ask about Ignite prolif, as I was looking into some builds, most of em have good clear, ofc thanks to prolif, but some builds dont use support and just rely of herald of ash? I read the skill and it says that it transfers only Overkill damage, does is scale with my DoT damage somehow or do they get prolif somewhere else and Im just hella blind? example:

Hey, So I've made a pretty functional build, it's an ele conversion ethereal knives build that uses various sources of ele as extra chaos dmg for the majority of the scaling. As you'd expect its a very fast mapper, but it struggles quite a bit with single target (as is usually the case with EK). So i'm looking for advice on how to improve it further if I were to roll it again in the future. cheers!

Hi guys, Just taking a look at EK, it's damage effectiveness got buffed 80% in addition to 50% base spell damage, so I was thinking of making a build to scale it with battlemage. Inquisitor may be the way to go (you could even use rebuke of the vaal), but I like Disentigrator and then going either inquis, necro or full cold conversion Occultist. &x200B; I eventually settled on Occultist for slightly more ehp since pious path doesn't do much for the build because I'm running devouring diadem with MoM and Wicked Ward to keep up my HP and counter the Disentigrator degen. Hey friends, I've been wanting to do an EK build forever and with these new boosts perhaps it's finally viable-ish I've gone a pretty classic ele stacking convert to chaos I think it might be a decent league starter. Items should be relatively cheap. Will likely need to ease my way into hatred once I'm able to scale my mana reserved. Would likely start with a Herald instead before squeaking out that extra 10% more damage with hatred. I think I should be able to get an extra 60% more single target with chaining off tornado and then having the tornado dish some damage for me. I think there
