PoE SSF, Chaos builds with custom stat filters

SO. im a bit stupid, and im sure some of these decisions are stupid, i have a few glaring issues, but to preface, im working on finding a jewel to cap my cold res, and im aware my anoint is for dual wield, the build guide from kobe i was following suggested dual wield would be ideal with this anoint but as soon as i go dual wield i turn into a feather, i have 0 defence and just cant progress when im that weak, as fun as the damage is its not worth dropping this shield which has become crucial for my survivability and a bit of a crut

Tick focused, despair, and Malevolence for boss fights, unticked to not inflate pob dps. Obviously you wont have everything up and running and ramped up 24/7.
