PoE Witch, Cold, Spell builds

Here Im showing my Theory build for a cast on death ignite version. If you ever seen that one quack build video. I wondered if u had any interest in pushing this PoB even further and probably lowering cost? I might use this as my personal "boss killer" especially if a lvl 70 can do the job. It could also give me ideas for my classic ignite discharge PoB. This PoB is Started off from my classic PoB : Farrul + Badge regular Discharge ignite elementalist. It might not be realistic so u may want to disable things if u consider them non legit for a Cast On Death. I went the non endurance

Here is a rough POB setup for frost bomb. A lot is missing and could be improved, but all things considered I don't think it is that bad... Gotta set up its defenses though if I want to use it. I am looking for general thoughts on it. I know it is missing a lot, I'm relatively new to making POBs so I still don't know where to add everything or how to make reasonable rares.

My first instinct is to abuse it with a support spell that uses a different element and exists for the sole purpose of generating resonance for your main skill.
