PoE Chieftain, League Starter, Critical builds

Want to try out Flicker Strike next league so i decided to make myself a flicker strike chieftain, probably as my leaguestarter. I have never played flicker strike before so any advice or feedback is appreciated. Will go for chieftain ascendancy nodes for strikes and melding. Tawhoas seems to be RLY good flicker strike next patch right ? Will probably change into voidforge flicker later on in the league so if anyone has some tips or PoBs for that would be appreciated. Tasalio lost some life regeneration but gained a bit of additional physical damage taken as fire. - While I don't recommend league starting this, it will still be a powerful choice for later in the league!
