Not much to say. Seems like it could numerically, with max stacks on every dot thanks to the hit rates. You even get bleed-splosions thanks to Kinetic Blast and Pierce Sources (main reason to choose over Scion IMO). Lategame I'd go for the usual Life on Block shield and such. Not sure about the wand, or other potentially OP gear though.

I was working on a potential Reap Build for this season. Not the greatest league starter, but I was wondering what people thought about the idea. Disclaimer: This is my first attempt at making an own build. &x200B; Most people I've seen are going to be running Reap on Fire Conversion Inquisitors, but I felt like the loss of Reap's DoT component is a big shame.
