[PoE 2] Crit Blood Mage Hexblast build, 1.6M DPS, Amazing Mapper

100% crit chance Blood Mage Hexblast build, amazing for mapping, good clear speed, good survivability, single target dps is bit low compared to such skills like Detonate Dead or CoC Comet etc, but still it's enough for t15-t18 map bosses. We use 2 curses as auras, so monsters are slowed by Temporal Chains. And with Chaotic Freeze linked to Contagion, we can freeze bosses with Hexblast's chaos dmg.

Budget: I spent around 25-30 div, the most expensive item was my wand 13 div, but for start you can use cheap one for 1 div with 3-4 lvl of chaos gems and lower other rolls. All other items were pretty cheap, 0.5-1 div each, but unique jewels can be more expensive now, 2-3 div or more.
