[PoE 2] Best Build I Played Yet: Blood Mage Crit Spark (Choir of the Storm, no Temporalis)

It's amazing mapper and bosser, satisfying to play, pretty tanky and high dmg Blood Mage Crit Lightning Build: Spark triggers Greater Lightning Bolts and then everything explodes. Dmg is so high that it kills T4 Xesht in 2-3 sec, I also finished T3 simulacrum with this build (Temporal Chains ground helps a lot).

Budget: I spent 25-35 div total probably. Even though mandatory items are very cheap - uniques are just few ex without corrupted implicits (ok for start), most rare items are 0.5-2 div, but wand can be expensive, I got my for just 7 div, but such wands can be 10-15 div or even more if there is no supply and demand is high.
