Biggest downside is that you have to use The Covenant chest which comes with 25-50% Life cost efficiency and if you combo it with Tecrod's gaze you are getting fat life cost reduction which lets you run x2 Comet Living bomb and whatever else you want

Also you can fit in Blink for faster mapping and Arctic armour for decent defense

Since crit is pretty easy to get on Oracle i am using rare sceptre to fit in COA for living bomb which is pretty much perma Fire infused COMET

Also my gear was very bad for Oracle you really want to have CRIT damage wand/jewel was lacking probably around 150-200% crit multi which is BIG damage loss

Can probably play this build on a budget with 50-100 divines

Blood mage still feels better but Oracle is super good
