Also using Evocational Practitioner Megalomaniac which saves me 7 points that i can put in CRIT multi which is 70% MULTI and 1 free node Pretty much the BIS megalomaniac for this build

Using RUNE of mastery for faster FREEZE AND 30% Shock in the gloves with 60% increased effect of socketed items Also if you have 45-50% Life cost efficiency cost you can add extra comet or add more damage TO YOUR COMET

Build has damage for whatever content you wanna do even with less gear now that COEA procs are fixed
