My first ever build I've made myself that isn't awful, although most of the tech is what I used for Hexblast Occulist last league.
No idea on DPS number since POB doesn't have new gems yet, which has made certain decisions (clusters for example) difficult.
Feels great to play, good mapping and bossing. Explosions from Inpulsa feel good. Fairly tanky. good synergy with Ralakesh giving max charges for charms (AOE/Crit/MS).
Not perfectly optimised, still missing/debating a few things:-
- Clusters probably aren't optimal.
- Need corrupted mod on Inpulsa (probably +2 AOE gem)
- Need level 21 penance gem (its like 9 div, will have it soon hopefully)
- Maybe a corrupted badge of brotherhood.
- Consdering Eldritch battery to use zealotry with divine blessing, but I don't feel like I need to lose tankyness for DPS, or
- Consdidering dropping something, either frost bomb or temp chains curse and links to try the spectres (in a 4L so they don't die)that give a free aura (according to a post I saw earlier).
- Consdering Impossible escape imbalanced guard for +3 all max res & more armour, or something else with impossible escape.
