Hey, I absolutely suck at PoE so this is not a guide, I just followed a guide. So I just wanted to say this is a great skill for all new players, the DPS is very good without gear. You will destroy all 10 acts:

Later when you're on T10+ maps your DPS will still be there but you might have a weapons survivability issue, I bought this and it works great:
Medium Cluster Jewel with Blessed Rebirth: 14 Chaos
Body Armour 6L Corrupted: 5 Chaos
Cold Iron Point x 2: 2 Chaos
Jewel with "Minions have #% chance to Taunt on Hit with Attacks": 1 Chaos ?
Skullhead: 1 Alchemy
Triad Grip: 1 Alchemy
Boots/Amulet/Rings/Belt/Jewels = Leveling (Life/Resist/Minions Damage)
It's very easy to find on the market and it's not expensive. It's not at all optimized, there are surely better things but it works well like that. However you are not very tanky, you have to be careful!
