I have set spectre count to 25 to simulate all 5 spectres hitting with all 5 projectiles.

You will want to use convocation all the time, getting the convocation cooldown recovery rate minion defensive mastery helps a lot, getting quality on the gem also helps.
I use void sphere to compact mob packs, making it easier for Forged Frostbearers to hit with all of their projectiles.
