Ice Strike and Shattering Palm Amazon starter guide for 0.4 Last of the Druids and Fate of the Vaal league in Path of Exile 2. I played this last league and it was the best league start I've had in PoE2 so I decided to update the guide for 0.4 with some new tech and changes, mainly going for a life setup with Couture of Crimson.

Storm Wave is also a pretty big part of the build to be able to play safely from a distance during campaign and early mapping, until you eventually get good enough defences and speed to engage in melee safely.
